Gardner Denver 2500 DD Drill Rig

All the hard work has been done on this Gardner Denver 2500 DD series drill.

As you can see from the photos it has been completely refurbished and comes with a huge amount of tooling and equipment.

  • GD-2500 DD has had the draw works rebuilt and the main shaft upgraded to current 3″ shaft and catheads to suit.
  • Hydro brake re plumbed.
  • Nearly All rubber hosing on rig replaced.
  • 500HP GM in fantastic condition with Allison Auto, gear changes done from drill console.

Mast can handle pulling doubles and will accommodate over 1000 mtrs stacked as doubles in monkey board.

Rotary table completely re raced with new bearings and reblued in.
Crown wheel and pinion virtually brand new.
Table is Ideco 17.5″ oilfield , can be removed very easily to run bigger
casing than 16″

Sand blasting and repainting of every component on rig where practical, all
painting in two pack.

3 Kellys 9m & 2 – 11M ( One is original and in short 9 mtr to handle 6 m rods)
kelly bush fully rebuilt with new bushes, rollers and pins ,

  • 6″ RC Swivel
  • 300M of 6″drill pipe
  • 500m of 4″ drill pipe
  • 200m+ of 6″ Collars
  • Over 400 mtrs of 4″, 4.5″ and 6″ drill pipe in average condition.

Spare Mkissik Blocks

All walkways, ladders and hand rails are new.

control panel completely stripped down and rebuilt with new
Controls and gauges where needed.

E-Stop new

new cable on Kelly drum

There is a New 40 foot shipping container JAM PACKED with goodies to support this rig.
2nd Hand 20 foot container as workshop to support rig.

two Emsco DA700 & D700 mud pumps ( The DA has new gears )
around 50K of new spares and rebuilding done to wet end.

Hoses, mud lines, site office, tongs, break out ram etc,

There is a heap of BOP gear , all uncertified and in average to poor condition.

An a HEAP of other gear to long to mention, subs, some bits, fishing gear such as Bowen overshot and
carrot taps in new condition.
